The Cup Number #8247 is open tournament based on scoring in the MFLS prediction league. (You score points based on how well you predict a week's worth of matches.) • Match Points: Teams score one match point for each prediction point scored.
• Group Stage: There is no group stage.
• Knockout Rounds: A blind draw is held before each round. Each round is contested over a two-leg home & away series. The team with the most match points advances. Aggregate draws are broken on away match points. If the teams are level on away match points, the winner will be determined, in order, by 1) 'Exact' predictions, 2) correct 'Margin' predictions, 3) 'Blowout' predictions, 4) 'Tie' predictions, 5) 'Result' predictions, 6) quiz question, 7) coin flip.
• Cup Final: A single-leg contest. The team with the most match points is the champion. In the case of a draw, the winner will be determined, in order, by 1) 'Exact' predictions, 2) correct 'Margin' predictions, 3) 'Blowout' predictions, 4) 'Tie' predictions, 5) 'Result' predictions, 6) quiz question, 7) coin flip.
• Qualifies For: The champion qualifies for next year's Mug'O'Suds Invitational.
